Pei Chun Public School Mooncakes (Limited Edition)
The popular Pei Chun mooncakes are back again this year! Let’s share the festive joy with a meaningful mooncake as we celebrate this festival together as a Pei Chun family. This year, Pei Chun Public School continues to collaborate with Metta Café to bake our very own Pei Chun mooncakes for a good cause. Our very own Pei Chun mooncakes will be all specially prepared by individuals with special needs from the Metta Café.
Metta Café was set up to provide F&B vocational training for Metta School graduates aged 18 and above, with mild intellectual disability and/or autism. Metta Cafe offers opportunities to youths with special needs to learn vocational, work and life skills through our comprehensive training and development programmes, and to create employment opportunities which promote independence and economic integration into society.
Through this collaboration, we hope to inculcate the value of CARE among our students to continue to spread love and care for others in our community as they celebrate the festival with their families.
This meaningful mooncake set comes with two Halal mooncakes - a White Lotus Paste with Melon Seeds mooncake and a Premium Yuzu Paste with Melon Seeds mooncake. Each set is priced at $35 (including GST). All mooncakes will be packed in the limited edition 90th Founders’ Day box and paper bag!
The mooncakes will be ready for collection from the school on 22 September 2023, Friday. Please select “Store Pick-up”, select “Pei Chun Public School” as the nearest pickup location, and then indicate your child’s name and class under “Add a note to your order” at the checkout page, and we will send the mooncakes to your child’s class. Alternatively, you may opt for “local delivery” for direct delivery to your home with a standard shipping fee at $18 per trip (please indicate the delivery date at the checkout page). You may place an order for the Pei Chun mooncake sets anytime from 25 August to 20 September 2023 (or until all the sets are sold out).
